Through our affiliations and international connections with such bodies as ISO, CODEX, the British Standards Institute and many similar organizations throughout the world, the St. Lucia Bureau of Standards, as the National Standards body has the capacity to source information on standards, technical regulations and conformity assessment procedures which obtain globally. This aspect of our service offer is necessary to ensure that the private sector, exporters, government agencies and the general public are kept abreast with these trends and developments, which have the capacity to affect their competitiveness.
